The Personnel Consultancy was established in 1995 by husband and wife team John and Diana Fenton. They are both HR / Personnel Managers with over 20 years experience in all areas of HR / Personnel, within many types of organisations.
John Fenton specialises in employment relations and law. He regularly trains both line managers and HR specialists throughout the UK. John advises and represents many organisations at Tribunals. Since 1999 John has facilitated regular training events for the Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
Diana Fenton focuses on performance and development issues in the work place as well as having an expert understanding of employment law. She regularly works with individuals facing personal difficulties in their working life and supports organisations in providing training and development opportunities for their staff.
